It's requiring the government agency to take stronger measures against persistent antisocial tenant behaviour and abolish the Sustaining Tenancies Framework.\xa0

Parnell Business Association General Manager Cheryl Adamson is welcoming the announcement.\xa0

She told Mike Hosking she's hoping it will give Kainga Ora more power to manage behaviour appropriately. \xa0

Adamson says if residents understand there are extensive consequences for their actions, it may start to filter through.\xa0
