A bill to make the change will be passed under urgency by Christmas. \xa0

Fair Pay agreement legislation has also been repealed. \xa0

Workplace Relations Minister Brooke van Velden told Mike Hosking that the government's delivering what New Zealanders voted for. \xa0

She says it's a clear policy that they entered the coalition agreements with, and is part of the 100 Day plan. \xa0

Van Velden says they want to send a clear signal this government backs business.\xa0
