Stats NZ figures show GDP increased 0.9% in the three months to June, and 3.2% in the year to June.
It's also revised its March 2023 quarter figure to 0%, up from a 0.1 percent drop. \xa0
Infometrics Principal Economist Brad Olsen told Mike Hosking that he expects the third quarter we're currently in to be weaker.\xa0
He says he wouldn't have declared victory like the Finance Minister did, as the tough times are still to come.\xa0
