Some concert goers at a Foo Fighters show in Auckland were left hundreds of dollars out of pocket after a parking scam led to them being towed. \xa0

Clifton Chambers Barrister Ben Hamlin says people will have to pay the fee, but they can raise a dispute after the fact around if the fee was reasonable. \xa0

He told Tim Dower that there's room for reform.\xa0 \xa0

Hamlin says there should be a maximum fee for private towing, same as there is for public carparks.\xa0
