The Hurricanes plan to apologise.\xa0

Hurricanes Chief Executive Avan Lee told Mike Hosking that he's disappointed with the process and the words that were used.\xa0

He says he wasn't aware of anything in the pipeline, and there was no discussion or consultation.\xa0
