To be a Leader is one thing that some people can understand and model.  A leader identifiies his strengths and weaknesses to improve himself as a person.  But in today's society with our youth, do they understand what it is to be a leader?  What are the goals of our youth of today?What are some things that influence their way of thinking? In our past history, becoming edcuated and being a role model was a instilled in us as youth, but what is being instilled in our youth now? Since they are creating the new history, what will become of them 10 to 15 years from now?  Will the lack of teaching youth appropriate beahviros,  lack of respect for elders and parents, presenting obnoxious behaviors in public, etc... transcend into the next generation?
