Also in Memphis, TN a local high school called Frayser High School has a high teen pregnancy rate amongst their youth. What can the school do to decrease pregnacy or educate the children about having sex? Are the parents of the children to blame of this due to lack of supervision or lack of educating their own children about having sex.
