Ostrolenk discuesses ideas on teaching children to manage their nervous systems and brain/mind via various mind/body practices in order to increase health, well-being and interpersonal connection. Having this ability as the foundation of one\u2019s life would reduce the \u2018need\u2019 for drugs and change one\u2019s relationship to drugs , perhaps making them part of a particular ritual and not needed to just function in one\u2019s life.
