Richie and COVID (0:00:00)
Lisa talks about Richie being quarantined.

3 Majors (0:10:42)
When you’re interested in a variety of things, picking a college major seems an impossible task. How can you possiblycram biology, theatre, and history into just 4 years? Your course load would be insane. But some people do it. Our next guest Devynn MacLennan Dayton graduated college with three different degrees. Not only that, but while she was in college, she contributed to a major project called Jane Was Here where she traveled all over England, visiting all of the sites Jane Austen went to. She’sa great example of being able to do it all, and we wanted to know her secret to success.

Micro-weddings (0:32:46)
We’ve been doing things on a much smaller scale recently –smaller meetings, smaller gatherings, smaller celebrations. One of the things that has been changed the most is weddings. The biggest day of someone’s life, usually celebrated on such a huge scale, is now having to be downsized to what we call “micro-weddings.” Megan Gillikin is a wedding planner whose business is one of the most highly sought for on the East Coast. Since she’s right in the face of what’s going on in the wedding world right now, we wanted to get an inside look at it.

Mental Health Self-Assessment (0:50:34)
This year has been the furthest from easy, and it feels as if everyone needs a ten year vacation. But when the going gets rough, sometimes it’s better to first look inwards rather than outwards. Self-assessing your personal well-being is a great way to connect with yourself and find out what’s really been on your mind. So how do you connect to this inner part of yourself? Today, we’re joined by licensed marriage and family therapist Kirk Voss. He’s here with us to go through how to self-assess your mental health and well-being.

Remodeling Tips (1:06:58)
Maybe it was Facebook or Instagram, it could even have been on Pinterest, but during our COVID quarantine we’ve likely all seen it. Videos of room transformations from drab, unusable, and uninspiring to functional, beautiful, and picture-worthy all done “from scratch”. Maybe it’s even inspired some of us to tackle some long-planned home renovation projects during this period of being home-bound. That’s why we invited friend of the show, Carrie Ann Rhodes, on to help us know what we should expect and plan for before we rip out our kitchen cabinets.

Weekend Review (1:26:26)
Lisa and Richie talk about what there is to do this weekend, from the newest shows on streaming services to the New York Times bestseller list.
