During today's show they discuss June being Pride month, which commemorates the Stonewall Riots of June 1969\u2014a movement led by trans women of color in response to police violence towards LGBTQ+ patrons at the Stonewall Inn.\xa0 Pride Month is a time to celebrate the lives of LGBTQ people throughout history, reflect on the progress of past decades, and recommit to the fight for true equality for all LGBTQ people.
