We start off today talking about the time after you have your baby and are still consuming a lot of calories. Rosie started noticing after a couple of weeks that her legs seemed a bit swelled up and after talking to a specialist and looking over the healthy portion of her diet, they realized she had too many healthy fats, but not enough protein, which was making her more hungry. We talk about the diet Rosie went on and how much she had to cut down in order to get rid of her baby weight. Then we give some stories and tips on how to get your kids to cooperate in eating and Adam tells his story of his day of disgust and when he realized his own weight problem. Rosie tells about her image and how she can fool herself because her weight generally distributes very evenly throughout her body, and then how this affects how she feels physically. We discuss what point you have to reach before people are going to be able to help you or you’re willing to change.

“My body shape hides weight very evenly. So I can fool myself because I can have weight on, but to the outside world I might look the same weight if that makes sense because my body shape doesn’t change that much. But I could feel myself going backwards after the birth and I realized that after another while, it would be more obvious.” -Rosie “It wasn’t the visual side. It was just you weren’t feeling good.” -Adam 16:12
