In this episode we talk about how mums can take care of the different aspects of their health and start off with exercise and the method we use to make sure Rosie gets her exercise without being interrupted by the kids. Lately, along with exercise Rosie has been focusing a lot on skincare and minding the wrinkles she\u2019s started to get in recent years. She uses various skincare products, and then makes sure to take after skincare baths. Bath time is important to help mums relax and meditation will add to that relaxation, as well as bring your mind into a better place where you can focus. We also talk about journaling and the benefits it can have in your own life, like we\u2019ve talked about in previous episodes.
