It\u2019s the off-the-cuff remarks that people make regarding you that you\u2019ve absorbed for years which gives you your own perception of how others see you, and that\u2019s what we\u2019re going to be talking about today. We talk about the things people can label you as, bringing up Rosie\u2019s past when she was known as one who liked to talk, she was often labeled as a blabber mouth or chatterbox, which had a negative connotation to it. Now we make sure to encourage our children even when they\u2019ve been talking a lot to help them not feel so self conscious about speaking.
