How to Be a Positive Example In Your Home | Getting Help For Yourself Helps the Whole Family

b'In today\\u2019s episode, we talk about how seeking help and advice for yourself outside of your home may be one of the best things you can do to help your home. We share examples and experiences -- the first was a nutritional plan Rosie was able to find and follow that made an incredible difference in her health, figure, attitude, and lifestyle. Other examples include hypnotherapy, physical therapy, and fitness. We then talk more about the importance of setting a clear and positive example by making fast and effective progress, as opposed to trying to just verbally sell what you\\u2019re doing to your family member. We give more examples of how this has worked with applying budgeting and finance ideas, having separate allowances as spouses. We also tell how this worked with helping our kids to be more grateful, health-conscious, and active without having to nag or force.
