Stories fascinate me. I have been telling stories all my life, most of them true! I know the power of a story well told to change the lives of the people who hear it.

I wear many hats but when you get to the core of what I do you will find an empathic, curious and community-minded human. I believe that no matter what I do – whether I am performing, writing, coaching or consulting – story is at my core. We all have stories and when we dig into them, we not only discover ourselves, but an entire community of people who have made us who we are today.
