Larry Kaul over 22 years working for himself made $17M in revenue, averaging over $750,000 in annual business receipts. What happened behind the curtains is more interesting than the results.
Larry scaled his family’s distribution business, back in the 90s, replacing the industry leader. Riding on this success he left the family business for a new adventure, and entered the hard knock school of employment. He succeeded in enterprise sales but returned in 2000 to run the family business.
Larry cashed out after a few years and took the profits to figure out his next move. He saw a market opening in 2012 for a new B2B sales agency; scaling quickly to over $1M in annual revenue. In 2020 he hired a President to run the company, allowing him the freedom to explore new markets.
After two years hosting events and running groups Larry founded Solopreneur Inc. His people told him they felt like one-man bands struggling to master self-employment.
With his partner Dave, Larry created The Solopreneur Inc. support system to solve the problem. Solopreneur Inc. provides a way for solopreneurs to fund their lifestyle, but unlike his other businesses without compromising happiness.
