Paula Howley is a Purveyor of Awesomeness. The author of “The Handbook for Awesomeness” “The Advanced Handbook for Awesomeness” and “Speaking Tips for Awesomeness”, she has been a public speaking coach for kids with Head Start Public Speaking for 7 years and has seen her students do some truly amazing and brave things.

Head Start is so much more than learning how to speak in public. It’s a vehicle for self-development and confidence. Paula gives young people a safe space to speak uncensored about the things that are important to THEM. She makes sure that class is FUN, respectful and challenging. Her curriculum is unlike anything offered in North America. It asks kids ‘who are you?’ ‘What’s important to you and why?’ And then, she shows them how to bring their stories to the world in the most authentic and engaging way possible. Kids’ voices matter.
