We're increasingly hearing about the idea of 'burnout', which the World Health Organisation has defined as a condition "resulting from chronic workplace stress that has not been successfully managed". Recent high profile resignations, including Jacinda Ardern the former PM of New Zealand and J\xfcrgen Klopp, the Manager of Liverpool Football Club \u2014 both citing not having enough energy to continue to do their jobs \u2014 are merely illustrative of a dyanmic that can impact us all.
