He held a variety of roles within the company, culminating in being responsible for developing and running Lego\u2019s Strategic Risk Management program. In other words, helping Lego Senior Management to better understand and mitigate the risks they face on a strategic level \u2014 the things that could derail their ability to deliver those little bricks into our hands and keep themselves in business.
