One program that clearly has the right person in place is IU Women\'s Volleyball, who under the guidance of Coach Steve Aird is coming off one of the best seasons in team history. Coach Aird\'s energy, experience, humility, confidence and intelligence not only makes for a great conversation, but has his Hoosiers poised for even greater heights in the seasons to come.

And, of course, no Hysterics episode would be complete without some lively discussion about Coach Woodson\'s now 5-1 squad, fresh off their best showing yet against a pesky Harvard team.
