On June 14, 2021, 911 is called to respond to the scene of an accident in Green Bay, Wisconsin. In a local river, a vehicle is submerged, the driver having lost control after leaving a nearby parking lot. Sadly, it\u2019s too late for the 37 year old man, who drowns at the scene.
