Joining us on the Riviera for today\u2019s episode are Bruno Dequen, critic and Director of Programming at Rencontres Internationales du Documentaire de Montr\xe9al and Eric Hynes, Film Comment contributor and Curator of Film at the Musuem of Moving Image. Along with host and FC Editor-in-Chief Nicolas Rapold, the two dive into the depths of Kleber Mendon\xe7a Filho and Juliano Dornelles\u2019s Bacarau, which Dequen describes as \u201cThe Most Dangerous Game if it were co-directed by Reygadas and Robert Rodriguez.\u201d They also discuss Mati Diop\u2019s Atlantique, a love-story focused on the intertwined lives of North African immigrants to Europe, Monia Chokri\u2019s A Brother\u2019s Love, and the documentary programming (or lack thereof) at the festival.
