A teen in Los Angeles is suing her school, her principal, and the USDA because she\u2019s being muzzled over milk!

School officials told Marielle Williamson that she could only talk about nondairy alternatives at her high school if she also promoted cow\u2019s milk as well. She says that\u2019s unfair because dairy is already heavily advertised in schools while major barriers limit access to things such as almond, oat, or soy milk even though the majority of students in her school are lactose intolerant.

Studies show that up to 80% of people of Hispanic decent are lactose intolerant and roughly 75% of students who attend public school in LA are Hispanic.

Marielle says her freedom of speech is being trampled along with the health of her classmates.
