Episode 244-Making Memories with Casey Stratton

Published: Oct. 6, 2009, 6:04 a.m.

Casey Stratton is a Michigan native and a musician who has made the trek from independent artist to signed artist, and then back to independent again.
Casey's newest album (his twelfth regular album) is called Memories and Photographs, and it is a trip through the emotional experience of letting go of a relationship and the resulting catharsis.

Casey joined me recently for an over-the-phone interview during which we discuss his newest album, his musical career so far, and so much more.

Needless to say, I feature a lot of his music.

Featured tracks are:

"Not the Garden" from Signs of Life

From *Memories and Photographs*:
"Shut You Down"
"The Most Human Thing"
"Sea Change"

"I Fail Again"

And Casey's non-album cover of the Michael Jackson classic "Man in the Mirror"

Thanks to Casey for doing the interview, and thanks to you for listening and for supporting independent music!
