The partner was in the hospital for an angiogram, and I was not sure how much time I would have to do a studio recording, so this is my first remote podcast. I recorded the bulk of this in the cafeteria in St. Mary's Hospital in Saginaw.

I discuss the idea of healing and releasing thoughts that can keep one from realizing the true nature of the body--that of perfect health.
