After coming out of college, Stephen was sure that finance was the best route for him, but after a short stint in banking, he realized it wasn\u2019t for him.

A few years later, he got his teeth stuck into construction and fell in love with the tangibility of solving difficult problems.

But after seeing the gaps that existed in the technology used to work on these projects, Stephen\u2019s career took another twist, where he began to look at technology from a more holistic lens.
