lord you are here in my heart and I know
everything just is\xa0as it is\xa0
i accept this moment\xa0
I welcome all that I encounter
I realize that I have the power \u2028to be alive\xa0and embrace whatever\u2028is present for me here and now\xa0\u2028\xa0\u2028to live fearlessly\xa0and face myself\xa0\u2028to stand in the light of day
and drink in the suns breath\xa0
and the light of the sky
and with all of life's energy\xa0present\xa0\u2028i know I will survive\xa0\u2028

to smile with that knowing wisdom\xa0
those time lines that so adorn my face
I can know longer hide
for these lines that map my journey\xa0
will not fade away \u2028as hard as I might try\xa0

all I can do is face this face
the sun, the moon the stars
and welcome what appears\xa0\u2028To experience life without fear\u2028
This mirror of the miracles \u2028of God appearing here
\u2028
and observe the strange way I have
of changing the arranging\xa0
of living in this body that I have\xa0
and with each breath of Spirit\u2028\u2028
welcome this Creation\xa0
into my life and pray
that I may embrace this moment\xa0
and welcome all it brings my way
