The Catholic sexual abuse scandal has reached a tipping point. On Sunday the Vatican's former top diplomat to the US published an open letter calling for the resignation of Pope Francis. CBN News managing editor Andrea Garrett reported on some of the first reports of sexual abuse allegations to surface back in 2002.
