Amy Landecker stars in Paul Reiser\u2019s new NBC comedy \u201cThe Paul Reiser Show\u201d as Claire, Paul\u2019s loving and endlessly supportive wife, who juggles her professional career as a psychologist and her personal life as a wife and mother of two.

A Chicago native, Landecker was exposed to an entertainer\u2019s life early on as the daughter of legendary Top 40 DJ, John \u2018Records\u2019 Landecker. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin, she honed her acting craft performing with the Steppenwolf Theatre Company, The Goodman Theatre and Victory Gardens. Landecker won an Obie Award starring opposite Academy Award nominee Michael Shannon in \u201cBug,\u201d written by Pulitzer Prize winner Tracy Letts.

Her memorable guest-starring television roles include the Emmy and Golden Globe Award-winning series \u201cMad Men,\u201d \u201cCurb Your Enthusiasm,\u201d \u201cLouie,\u201d \u201cMedium,\u201d \u201cConviction,\u201d \u201cLaw & Order: SVU\u201d and \u201cLaw & Order: Criminal Intent.\u201d

Her feature film work includes last year\u2019s Academy Award nominated film \u201cA Serious Man,\u201d from Oscar-winning writers/directors Joel and Ethan Coen, \u201cDan In Real Life,\u201d \u201cTemporary Girl\u201d and \u201cLight It Up.\u201d

Amy currently divides her time between New York City and Los Angeles with her husband and daughter.
