This message looks at all of Mark 13 in order to learn about remaining faithful into the future. In his Olivet Discourse, Jesus talks about the destruction of Jerusalem and his Second Coming against the backdrop of all the trials and troubles that mark the last days. Although there is a lot of eschatology in this passage, Jesus’ main focus is on us faithfully following him through the difficult days ahead. He shows us that, in order to endure to the end, we need to be discerning, courageous, hopeful, and alert.
