Not Far from the Kingdom
In this message on Mark 12:28-34, we learn about how God reorders our lives by reordering our love. After a scribe comes to Jesus and asks about which commandment is most important, Jesus teaches about the priority of love. At the heart of God’s law is the necessity of love - love for God and love for others. But, all of us fall short of this kind of love. Through the good news about Jesus, God reorders our love and reorders our life by giving us a heart to love God and our neighbour as we ought.
