That's right, I did my research on her and I knew we held opposing views and I still agreed to teach with her. I actually\\xa0welcomed her to speak up when she didn't agree. I wanted the participants to know they had choices. I'm sharing my three biggest take-aways as well as what experience has to do with anything.
