Lawyer-turned-Life Coach Shari Leid spent a year meeting one-on-one with 50 of her girlfriends to reveal the positive impact they had made in her life.

Shari documented her experiences in her book, The 50/50 Friendship Flow: Life Lessons From and For My Girlfriends [Capucia Publishing, available now], and now she\u2019s encouraging women of all ages to take on this #5050FriendshipFlowChallenge to strengthen and deepen their friendships in 2021.

In the last nine months, Shari has continued with her challenge during the pandemic, meeting one-on-one with another 50+ women via Zoom dates. \u201cI decided that during this time when the pandemic is keeping me from in-person socializing, I would meet with 52 women via Zoom and learn from them. I wanted to learn from what messes became their messages. I learned things that I didn\u2019t know about my friends and I felt a personal growth that I did not predict when I set out in this challenge.\u201d
