About Lisa:
After 22 years of sales and leadership at a Fortune 100 company, Lisa traded her high heels for Harley boots and her briefcase for saddlebags. She now travels a high-octane highway empowering individuals and organizations to kick their potential into high gear.

Dynamic speaker, driven entrepreneur, action-oriented coach, and self-professed 'student of the road,' Lisa thrives at the intersection of inspiration and action. She understands what it takes to fuel success in a fast-paced, ever-changing business landscape and inspires audiences to improve their performance to work and live at full throttle.

While working in the financial services industry, Lisa led a high performing sales team that performed in the top 5% of the company nationwide. She consistently produced at the highest level earning continual membership in the company's President's Club. Not only does she drive a Harley Davidson Street Glide, she drives for results.
In 2015, Lisa inspired women from coast-to-coast by riding a motorcycle from New York City to San Francisco. Her 15-day, 4690-mile journey honored Avis and Effie Hotchkiss, the pioneering women who first accomplished this amazing feat in 1915. Lisa released The Inspired Tour documentary and is currently writing a book of her cross-country adventure.

Lisa holds a Master's Degree from USF, is Everything DiSC certified, and a John Maxwell Team coach/trainer/speaker. When she's not living life at full throttle, Lisa is happiest at home in Sioux Falls, SD with her husband, two children, and 100-pound lab, Milo.
