This latest rampage was the finale of Monique in this industry. I absolutely loved her when I was growing up but so much has changed in a decade. Relevant comics are making bank. They’re engaging on social media, selling out stadiums across the globe and more than anything they are humble (or appear so). The offer of $500k was generous given she has not sold out places like Madison Square Garden lately. I personally think that she should have taken the money, proven her star power in 2018 and then negotiate one HELL of a contract on the next. Simple. Unfortunately, that did not occur.
