About the book: With more than two decades of experience in the field of education as teacher, mentor, administrator, facilitator and professor, Dr. Darcova Matrice has the AWEdacity to continue to evolve and pursue her every passionate gift. Artist, jewelry designer, fitness instructor and workshop leader are all titles that describe what she can do, but the most appropriate word for her being is Light. Dr. Darcova Matrice embraces every opportunity to let her little Light shine to honor God.... representing the essence of Brains& Beauty and the necessity to STRUT: walk in purpose with confidence, competence and conviction. She's authored and co-authored numerous collections of poetry and informative articles. She's hosted Empowerment and Awareness events advocating single gender education and health initiatives. Dr. Darcova Matrice is the example of owning your strengths and wallowing in your flyyyyness.
