b'Esmi Gonzalez says she\'s always been neat and tidy since a very young age. She said it was mostly due to watching her mother\\u2019s daily habits and routines while growing up.
She opened Sort It Out in 2011 when the organizing industry in San Antonio was nearly unheard of. She said having a marketing background came in handy, and targeting her clients came easy for her.

Ten year later Sort It Out is thriving and is one of the busiest organizing companies in the city.
