He began his career at linebacker before moving to tight end his senior year and was a member of the Bulldogs squad that defeated Alabama in a rain-soaked homecoming at Bryant-Denny Stadium in 1997.\nNow in his fourth year, Henley believes the fruits of the program's labor have come to fruition. There is trust instilled between his staff and the athletes, a productive product on the field and endless energy inside and outside the operations facility. It's not just noticeable to him and coaches, however, as the players continuously laud the training program under Henley.\nConnect with Coach Lyle: Via Instagram: @lyle_henley\n\xa0\nJoin our exclusive Facebook group of fellow Art of Coaching Podcast listeners and have your voice heard!\n\xa0\nDon't forget to check-out and download our new free resources.\n\xa0\nPodcast Reflection Sheets: Click Here\n\xa0\nHow to Find a Mentor Guide: Click Here\n\xa0\nSign up for my course: Sign Up Now!\n\xa0\nFollow me on social media:\n\xa0\nVia Instagram: @coach_BrettB\n\xa0\nVia Twitter: @coach_BrettB\n\xa0\nSubscribe to my YouTube channel here\n\xa0\nLearn More About My Courses, Clinics, and Live Events At: www.ArtofCoaching.com
