During his tenure, Wayzata teams have captured 66 state titles. \nIn 2017, Ryan was named the NSCA National High School Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Year. He also holds the title of Region 6 Director / Board Chairman for the National High School Strength Coaches Association (NHSSCA).
