Yesterday was an important day in progressing towards equality.  The conservative majority Supreme Court ruled 6-3 that the 1964 Civil Rights Act included sexual orientation and gender identity as protected from discrimination.  What does this highlight about our social progress, and how does it relate to Don't Ask Don't Tell?
