Reuniting a Father With his Kids (Good Karma)

A former colleague of mine is going through a hard time.  Speaking to his character, he is one of the most honorable, loyal and true friends you could hope for.  He has given selflessly of himself so much in the past, I'm hoping some good Karma can come back around his way now.

Elliott's Story:  December 2020, after 12 years of marriage and the stress of the pandemic my wife and I agreed to part ways and co-parent our three beautiful young children. On Feb 6th 2021 while I was working away from home, with the U.S. Navy, she absconded with the children. Taking them 450miles away and moving in with her parents. She hid and lied to me for 2 months telling me she was fearful of COVID and my traveling. Fear gripped her and she acted unilaterally without including me in decisions affecting the children.   I hired a lawyer and have been fighting for 50/50 custody while she continues to object to me being in their lives.   My lawyer and the courts have sided with me throughout the process as I am fighting for what I believe is best for the children - 2 parents involved equally in their lives.   I have exhausted my savings. She has the backing of very wealthy parents who have openly told me they wish to raise the children.   I am fighting to be in their lives as their father, to be a positive role model. Nothing more, nothing less. I have no convictions, no arrests, no dependency. I have worked as many as four jobs at one time, as the single provider for a family of 5 for all 12 years of marriage. Her number one complaint was that I worked too much, but she never contributed financially to the family. Now she is demanding primary custody and full financial support with zero interaction between the kids and myself.   I am looking for help, which is harder than it should be for me.  Thank you for your time.  Elliott
