Davide de Salvia, Italian Medical Expert Joins Me to Discuss COVID-19

Published: Aug. 9, 2020, 5:19 a.m.

Today I'm privileged to present a conversation with an esteemed guest who has joined me from across the globe to discuss his concerns on the COVID-19 pandemic, and to give a warning to my American friends as we prepare to head into the Fall and Winter seasons.  Davide de Salvia specializes in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Milano Bicocca in Italy.  He is also part of Giovani Medici per l'Italia (Young Doctors for Italy), a group that works with Congress to advocate for improved healthcare in Italy, and Chief of the National Press Group.  Like so many things in American culture, we are not taking this crisis seriously, and we're going to be paying it even more dearly than we already have if we don't make some serious changes in how we choose to focus on this pandemic.  Please join us as we discuss why wearing masks doesn't cause you to breathe in your own CO2, why the virus is only going to get more potent and powerful in the coming months, and what the potential consequences can be in the next few years if we don't start taking this more seriously right now.
