California Assembly Bill 73 passed Senate Committee hearing this week.  Heading to Governor Newsom's desk.

The Bill would designate California's 800,000 farm and agriculture workers as "essential", thereby giving them access to California's stockpile of N95 masks to protect them when working outdoors in smoky conditions.
