This week I’m interviewing Rick Boxx, Founder and CEO of Unconventional Business Network. Unconventional Business Network is a nonprofit founded in 2001 that is cultivating a network of Biblically principled small business leaders.

Rick has a daily radio program and broadcast email called “Integrity Moments” that reaches over 2 million leaders and is featured on over 200 radio stations. He’s authored six books, including “Unconventional Business.”

Rick is a past banker, CPA, consultant and multiple time entrepreneur. He resides in Overland Park, KS and is married to his lovely and lively wife Kathy. They have three children and two grandchildren who live in the area.

Rick’s vision is to see 1 million committed and connected leaders applying God’s Word to their workplaces. Rick recognizes that Christians in the marketplace need the opportunity to be in community with like-minded leaders and be provided practical tools to grow their businesses Gods way.

I’ve known Rick since the late 90s when the faith@work movement really began to take off. He was, like myself, an early adopter of a whole new way of looking at work and calling. Rick is an author and radio show host

Rick and I discuss the faith@work movement, current trends and what it means to really apply the Word of God to our businesses.
