Shahbaz Khokhar sold a 10cm strip of land for £200,000, brokered a 3 plot deal with a major Developer worth upwards of £1m, he then bought, refurbished and sold a block of flats - with a £1m margin from costs to GDV. Oh, and he's only 32 with no real Property Experience prior. P.S his interior design skills are amazing, I've commissioned him to do my house after I saw his show-home.
