Karl takes us through his journey from starting out in R2R, owning no assets but making good cashflow, to jumping into Building from Land. 


Quite a different approach eh! Most usually start with BTLs then HMOs then consider land. Karl did it differently, and he explains why and how. 


He also says he wouldn’t start with R2R, if he went back in time. Which is against what most courses/people do. find out more and listen in!
