I've now completed on this house - I recorded it last week.
An update on:
My second house using 116% LTV funding @ 0.73% a month
How this deal will make my third and fourth houses 'free' or very little money in, just ancillary costs (legals etc)
How I'm doing all the above with one unencumbered house
Investing in Wales
Mm crap experience with a Bridging company (again)
Many lessons in here for you!
Lenders seem to over-egg rebuild costs, seems like they're taking the piss to get a higher payout on any damage.
