Networking in Property, in fact in any business and LIFE, is vital. You meet such a huge range of people, different upbringings, cultures, beliefs, styles etc.

Often you have in common the core business/motive that brought you to the event, which is important. How many interesting people have you met networking? How many of your team came from your network?
