BARRY NELSON is the first Scottish person on the Tej Talks show, why has it taken so long you ask? No clue, but we are here now! He's flying when you look at his numbers, progress and passive income... so I guess that makes him a Flying Scotsman... haha.

How do you raise investment like Barry did, half a MILLION pounds he tells me. That's a lot isn't it? He's building a portfolio, and getting in lots of travel with his wife and little ones, he loves a pink shirt he does (check out his FB) man of style AND substance.

Is investing in Scotland better than England? What are the prices like? How does he find good builders? If he can buy, hold (and flip some) of the 15 properties in less than 2 years - why can't you.

Yes I always ask that, but do you have a good reason? I HOPE not, because there is no reason. Now, go out there and get it!
