According to the World Bank, some 88bn gallons of water are lost through urban plumbing systems each and every day. For commercial businesses this can mean that as much as one quarter of their water bill is spent on water leakage. Not only is this a huge cost to the built environment, but the cost to the planet is pretty colossal too.

But, tech can provide a solution. A solution that not just helps spot when water is leaking and turns off the source, but that also helps businesses manage their water usage, saving money, energy and maybe even the planet.

In this episode of TechTalk Radio, we talk to Daniel Goldstein of Flowless about how it is connecting water to the internet of things.

And co-hosts Emily Wright and Samantha McClary, give you another little insight into life outside the TechTalk Radio podcast studio...
